Refund Policy

Replacement and retrieval policy takes place within 14 days without giving any reasons or incurring any expenses, and within 30 days if the commodity is affected by a defect or is not in conformity with the specifications or the purpose for which it was contracted. Method for recovering the amount in the same way of payment and with the availability of the following conditions

1 - The necessity of availability  The original sales invoice with the customer and in his name

2- The consumer may not be entitled directly in the following cases if the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the method of packing and packaging prevents it from being replaced or refunded, or it is impossible with it to return it to the state it was in when the contract was made if the commodity was of disposable consumer goods  For rapid deterioration if the commodity is not in the same condition it was in at the time of sale for a reason due to the consumer
